Processing

Delivery

United States delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. International delivery varies by destination.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 7 business days, email hello@thekangmi.com.

Fulfilment

Products are manufactured and fulfilled by our contract facility. Tins ship in protective packaging.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address provided at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once dispatched, and we cannot refund orders lost due to an incorrect address.

International orders
