Returns and refunds

Because THE KANGMI sells ingestible dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened tins. This is a food safety requirement, not a preference.

Unopened items

Unopened tins with the safety seal intact may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email hello@thekangmi.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, at no cost to you.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.

How to start a return

Email hello@thekangmi.com with your order number. Do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
