A tin is thirty strips. Thirty strips is thirty days. Resupply ships on that cadence so it arrives before the last one is gone.
WHAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO
You authorise THE KANGMI to charge your payment method on the delivery frequency you select, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Nothing else renews and there is no minimum number of orders.
PRICE
Resupply is discounted against the one-time price. The rate you start on is locked for the life of that subscription. If list prices rise, existing members are not moved.
SKIP, PAUSE, CANCEL
All three are self-service from your account. Changes take effect on the next order provided they are made before that order is processed. There is no fee for cancelling and no call to make. We would rather you paused than resented it.
WHEN YOU ARE CHARGED
The first charge is at checkout. Each subsequent charge is on the anniversary of that date at your chosen frequency. You receive an email before each renewal.
DELIVERY
Every tin is made to order. It leaves the facility in 3 to 5 business days, then USPS Ground Advantage adds 2 to 4. United States only for now.
FAILED PAYMENTS
If a payment fails we retry a small number of times over several days. If it continues to fail the subscription is paused rather than cancelled, so your locked price survives while you update your card.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
If these terms change, active members are notified by email before the change takes effect on their subscription.
